Inauguration: CEPEJ Boss Congratulates New Bayelsa Governor, Sen. Diri Douye on Success

WARRI- A foremost Niger Delta based Non Governmental Organisation, the Center for Peace and Environmental Justice (CEPEJ) led by its National Coordinator, Comrade Sherrif Mulade has congratulated His Excellency, Senator Douye Diri and his Deputy His Excellency, Senator Lawrence Ewhrudjakpor for their successful Swearing in as Governor and Deputy of one of the Niger Delta finest oil and gas producing States.

The National Coordinator of the center, Comrade Mulade Sheriff made this known to Newsmen in a Press Statement made available to some group of Journalists  by his Media Department in Warri, Delta State.

  The  renown Niger- Delta Peace and human rights advocate congratulated Sen. Diri and his Deputy and charged them to focus on unity, infrastructural and human capital development of the state.

Press Statement reads in part:  " It is worthy of note that Bayelsa is in dire need of development, therefore the new Governor should adopt a pragmatic approach to create a conducive environment for all residents and attract investors into the state to Speed up development in the oil-rich state".

 Comrade Mulade Sheriff then  called  on Governor Douye Diri to strongly focus on building a sustainable security that will protect lives and properties of Bayelsians.

He also appealed to the new Governor create the enabling environment for  investors as a priority to enable his administration attract the desired development to the State.
