Covid-19 Lockdown: "Stay At Home Order", Not Intended To Punish Deltans- SSA Orientation And Communication

 ASABA- The Senior Special Assistant to Governor Ifeanyi Okowa on Orientation And Communication, Prince Obaro Unuafe has said that the stay at home order by the Delta State Governor was made to secure the lives of Deltans.

Prince Obaro made this assertion in Asaba, Delta State capital today in an exclusive interview with some group of Journalists stated that  although no index case has been   found in the State, that the Delta State government has taken far reaching proactive  decisions to protect the lives of its citizens.

In his words:"To the uninformed,  the measures may seem harsh but this is the time for Deltans on lockdown. To reflect on how to convert the lockdown into wealth".

"Every families should use this period forge a common front to break new frontiers in business.This peaceful period enables cognitive thinking, reading and planning".

Prince Obaro noted that the period is  not a period for gossiping or drinking, rather  a period for sober reflection, that after this period Deltans should come out to become better persons, grounded in hard work and industry.

He then further enjoined Deltans to use this  period to everyone to  imbibe a culture of personal hygiene and environmental cleanliness, while stating that the positive sides of the lockdown due to the covid-19 scourge will be experienced soonest.
