Covid-19: NSE Chairman Asaba Branch, Engr. Akatugba Advises Engineers On Precautionary measures





....As Engr. J. E. Akatugba wishes Deltans a happy and Prosperous Happy Easter Holiday.

ASABA- The Chairman, Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE), Assba Branch, Engr. J. E. Akatugba has advised Engineers in the State to take Precautionary measures towards curtailing the Spread of the global Coronavirus pandemic disease in Nigeria, especially Delta State.

Engri J. E. Akatugba made this statement yesterday  while fielding questions from Journalists in his residence at Asaba,  Delta State Capital, Stated that Engineers, the  Society is making efforts to support the Government towards providing lasting solutions to the dreaded pandemic disease.

He enjoined Engineers in the state to support the efforts towards curbing the spread of the disease while Commending the Executive Governor of Delta State, His Excellency, Sen. Dr. Arthur ifeanyi Okowa's led Delta State Government, Critical stakeholders on their proactive measures on the provision of palliatives towards reducing the spread in the state.

Engr. J. E. Akatugba while  wishing his Members, other Professional Engineers in the State, Members of other professional bodies,  Deltans happy and prosperous Easter holidays, advises them to heed strictly to the guidelines provided by WHO, Delta State Ministry of Health, other medical professionals towards curtailing the spread of the disease.

In his words: "My Distinguished Engineers, On behalf of the Engineering family, i join His Excellency, Sen.  Dr Ifeanyi Okowa the Governor of Delta State to appeal to all Engineers to take all necessary precautionary measure against the spread of the Corona Virus".

 "The Society at the National level is making effort to support the Government. Please let all Engineers key into it".

The Delta NSE Boss, Engr. J. E. Akatugba Stated further that by  God's divine mercy that the lockdown as a result of the global Coronavirus pandemic will be a blessing in disguise for  Deltans, then enjoined Deltans to obey the stay at home order, stay safe, maintain social distancing, ensure that they wash their hands with sanitizer, and other precautionary measures.
