SA To Governor Okowa Commends Him For Developmental strides, While Describing Him As God's Sent.

The Special Assistant to the Governor on Women Development and two term Women Leader in Aniocha-South LGA Government Area of Delta State, Mrs Christy Odimegwu has Described the amiable Governor of Delta State as God's sent Leader who have to liberate his people.

The Special Assistant to Governor Okowa made this assertion while fielding questions on the Governor's achievement on the past five years in office . According to the Women Leader, Mrs Christy Odimegwu said the five years of Okowa's  Administration have attracted a lots of Development across the three Senatorial Districts of the state.

She enumerated the Governor's achievements to include the massive road construction which have earned him the "Road Master", the introduction of the contributory health scheme which have gone along way in addressing the health challenges of Deltans. The construction of the World class State Secretariat which bring the running of Government business to one -stop shop, the completion of the Asaba stadium which have attracted the both Local and International matches, these have contributed immensely to Economic hub of the state in showcasing its tourist attraction to the World making Delta State  a preferred tourist destination.

Mrs Odimegwu said that the Administration have taken the issue of Women Empowerment to some Widows in different wards that makes up the three Senatorial Districts. Also the STEP and YAGEP has gone all away in reducing unemployment amongst the youths in the state.

Hon. Mrs Christy Odimegwu used the opportunity to state that Ewulu/Isheagu are living harmoniously that there is no crisis between them to clear the  media Reports on a typographical error in the state Newspaper.

The Special Assistant said that Okowa Administration for the past five years has transformed the state to tourist destination, especially making Asaba modern state capital by addressing the issue of the flooding to its bearest minimum.

She used the opportunity to thank the Governor for all the Development strides and made a passionate appeal to him to remember the promise that he was going to address the deplorable Ewulu/Isheagu road  which have been long neglected by the past Administration.
