A World Distinguished Philanthropist, Founder/ CEO, Vera Gold Foundation, Mrs Vera Gold Osagiede has said that as part of efforts to end Rape Culture in Nigeria and the rest of the World, that she has scheduled, set aside a date for rally Movement to voice against rape and to March to support survivors learn more and take a stand.
Mrs Vera Gold Osagiede, World distinguished Nollywood Actress and international business mogul disclosed this to our reporter today being 20th September, 2020 in a Telephone conversation stated that her Foundation's proposed Thursday, October 1st, 2020 Rally Movement event will take place in Lambeth Region, UK, and Brixton London, England at 1pm prompt.

The Diaspora Ambassador added that, the peaceful walk is will be held basically to voice against rape Culture in Nigeria and the rest of the World to mark the Nigerian Independence on that same day in London.

No doubt, for the past 16 years, Mrs Vera Gold Osagiede before the birth of her International Foundation, Vera Gold Foundation, the development worker and World Distinguished Activist has been in the forefront of Supporting the less-privilege groups, widows in some parts of States in Nigeria while in Spain.

The Philanthropist after setting up a Foundation, she has also supported SDGs such as ensuring zero hunger, poverty reduction amongst the rural populace, rural Communities, Widows, less-privilege persons, orphans had been her Organization's major thematic areas and her interventions as a development worker in various States of Nigerian Federation, while taken Lagos as a sample space as places she had touched with her philanthropic services.

The World distinguished Artiste had shown that charity begins at home by remembering some communities in IMO state. She is currently planning to give more Support to the widows in the rural communities, less-privilege persons, and elderly persons as part of
efforts to support the IMO State Government and towards the fulfilment of the 17 United Nations SDGs.

As a true Nigerian and global citizen she is poised to support every needy that comes her way; also extend hands of love to some needy people in other states of Nigerian Federation, according to her, " One of the objectives of her organization is to build a home for the elderly, old people, aged ones in different communities of IMO state, also that she will ensure that food is made available for them to eat as well as pay those that will as well cater for the elderly ones in that home for their sustainable upkeep, health and maintenance of good standard of living".
