Delta Born Female World Distinguished Philanthropist, Mrs Mercy Eguriase Sule has described the Deputy Governor of Delta State, His Excellency, Barr. Kingsley Burutu Otuaro as an agent of Good governance and Collective development in Delta State while Commending the great accomplishments of the stronger Delta Agenda of this present Administration led by His Excellency, Governor Ifeanyi Okowa.

Mrs Sule a chieftain of People's Democratic Party, PDP, who doubled as the former Ethiope East Aspirant, Delta State House of Assembly in the last 2019 general election made this assertion in an interview with Newsmen while Commending the Kind-heartedness of Barr. Kingsley Burutu Otuaro on his continuous support to the Less-privileged Deltans.

In her words: "The Contributions of Delta Deputy Governor, His Excellency, Barr. Kingsley Burutu Otuaro to good governance in Delta State is worthy of note. Deltans are benefiting from the inputs of the deputy governor in terms of running of the State".

"He is a man who is so ample in spirit, character and material, stating that many admire and love his energy, particularly the way he shares gifts, living freely and fully with his political associates.
There is need for more proactiveness of political office holders as is a veritable tool for collective development".
"Otuaro’s integrity has earned him great accolades in Delta Politics. That makes him live with his Kits and Kin. He has also exemplified everything that is dear to him. He is very liberal, intelligent, kind-hearted. And aman who has a good character, studious fellow and full of Commitment towards the growth a d Development of the State".
