UBULU- UKU KINGDOM, ANIOCHA SOUTH LGA, DELTA STATE-
One of the major indicators of even distribution of wealth is when the oil of the dividends of democracy is not only meant for the Political elites but for every common man in the street.
Our media observed this kind gesture of the Special Assistant SA to Governor Ifeanyi Okowa On Community Development, Hon. Chris Osamor who yesterday paid 5 thousand Naira monthly Stipends to over thirty persons as part of efforts to support the Youths, Women and elderly in his chapter, ward and Local Government towards Sustainable, Socio-economic growth and development of the people, state and Nigeria in general.

Speaking at the occasion where he presented the cash gifts to the beneficiaries at his Residence in Agbonta quarters, Ubulu-Uku, Aniocha South Local Government Area of Delta, the Governor's aide noted that the kind gesture is in fulfilment of his vow to share his salary with his Constituents, while he stated that he is not embarking on the project because of any Political ambition.
In his words: " I' m not contesting for any election for now. This is the first appointment I' m getting from Delta State Government since I started politics, so am going to use it to impact lives, not only in my chapter and Ward, but the entire LGA, to share my monthly salary with you all. I'm doing it to complement the Governor's belief on stronger Delta Agenda. This is part of my Contributions to support the Governor's Developmental Strides in the area of Community Development".
Some of the beneficiaries who spoke Included amongst others: Patric Ofulue, Emma Omoife, and others stated that the kind gesture is very unusual in Delta State as Political appointees hardly share their salaries with their Constituents.
Those beneficiaries were drawn from Osamor's Political chapter Agbonta, ward 4, & Aniocha South LGA, Delta State as they used the medium to pray for the Governor's aide.

The prayer for God's blessings, and more Political breakthroughs for the astute Politician, humanitarian Ambassador, and youth friendly appointed was done by the most Senior Diokpa of the Agbonta Quarters, Diokpa James Iwebunor Okocha
(100years old)and he commended the Empowerment Initiative of the Governor's aide on Community Development, Hon Chris Eziafa Osamor and admonished him to always continue in that momentum.
