*ASABA:* The Founder and CEO of Delta Cultural Initiative, DCI Worldwide, Comrade Sir Bieni Victor Emenike has commended the Founder/CEO, Centre for Peace and Environmental Justice, CEPEJ, Comrade Chief Sheriff Mulade for being a great influence, motivational factor, and an exemplary civil society leader in Delta State, Niger Delta Region, Nigeria, Africa and the rest of the World.

Comrade Bieni in a press statement issued in his office at Asaba, the Delta State Capital on Wednesday 18th Nov, 2020, urged Nigerian youths, women, and all Civil Society leaders in the Niger Delta Region, Nigeria, Africa and beyond to emulate Comrade Mulade's mentorship and exemplary leadership style towards achieving sustainable development worldwide.

Sir Bieni, a British and Premium Times trained investigative journalist, currently the World Grand Coordinator, International Association of Online Publishers, IAOP, noted that the distinguished Niger Delta human rights and environment activist has paid his dues in the society through consistent services to and support for youths in the Niger Delta Region, Nigeria and Africa through creative development, clean-heart, deep-rooted civic engagement and operations, as well as ensuring a condusive and virile civic space in Nigeria and beyond.

The investigative journalist whose community-based Organization is one among the foremost NGOs/CSOs, CBOs, FBOs in Delta, Nigeria and in other parts of the World,
scored Chief Mulade one hundred percent for his adherence to universally accepted behaviours such as a sense of responsibility, probity and accountability, as well as transparency.

The DCI worldwide boss, publisher of Shocknaija Media (News on-line) thanked the CEPEJ Boss and World Distinguished Niger Delta environment and human rights activist for showing exemplary leadership to civil society leaders, his immense contributions to peace and security, and his feats in coastal, rural and grassroots development in Nigeria and beyond.

Comrade Bieni used the medium to call on the Delta State Governor, Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa and President Mohammadu Buhari to make good use of Comrade Mulade and others with good intents towards social, political, economic and cultural development of the State and Nigeria in general.

The development journalist and activist applauded Mulade's contributions to regional and national development, advising Nigerian leaders to look beyond paper qualifications, nepotism, god-fatherism and other forms of favoritism, so that they could recognize the talents and notable contributions of people like Comrade Mulade to the society.

He also urged Nigerian leaders to utilize great talents, natural endowments and abilities in the CEPEJ's Boss, Comrade Chief Sheriff Mulade so as to encourage him to do more for the society. He said If Nigeria has six persons like Mulade, there would be no need for Covid-19 pandemic, #EndSARs protests and other social vices and unrests in the country.

He described Mulade as the crop of leaders that Nigerian youths want towards the substainable development of Nigeria, Africa and the rest of the World. He commended the courage, support, sincerity and developmental strides of Comrade Mulade in the civic space, peace and security sector, Delta State, Niger-Delta Region and Nigeria in general.

The DCI Worldwide has domesticated the 17 United Nations SDGs - Substainable Development Goals and it was amongst those selected in Delta State by the United Nations in partnership with Afrihealth-Optonet Association in 2017 to execute its SCP projects, an advocacy concern that was successfully carried out amongst the grassroots populace in Delta, which promoted visible grassroots engagement, community development advocacy, and conscious efforts towards citizens participation in rural and community development agenda.
