Delta DIDA Boss, Nmah Mourns With Family Of Late Majority Leader, DTHA

...Nmah also Commiserates With DTHA Members on Death of Colleague, Hon Tim Owhefere.

The Chairman, Delta State Investment Development Agency (DIDA), and Executive Assistant to Governor Ifeanyi Okowa On Investment Matters, Mr. Paul Nmah has mourned with Isoko Nation, family of late Majority Leader and Member Representing Isoko North in Delta State House of Assembly, Late Tim Owhefere.

In a press statement made available to newsmen today by Delta DIDA Boss, Mr Paul Nmah in his office at Asaba, Delta State capital expressed sadness over the death of one of the finest lawmakers in the State who he described as a very humble politician.

The press Statement reads in parts: "On behalf of the Board Members, the Staff and Management of the DIDA Agency, we mourn with the entire Isoko Nation, the family of Late Tim Owhefere for the death of their son".

"DIDA Agency use this medium to send our heart felt Condolence message to the Speaker, DTHA, and entire Members of Delta State House of Assembly over the demise of one of their Colleagues yesterday being Wednesday, 27th January, 2021".

"Indeed, Delta State House of Assembly Leadership, and entire Deltans would greatly miss his contributions to the growth and development of the legislature. He was an intelligent, focus and courageous legislature. One of the finest lawmakers in Delta State.

The majority leader of the Delta State House of Assembly, Hon. Tim Owhefere, a fourth time member of the Delta Assembly, passed on Wednesday at the Federal Medical Centre, Asaba, where he had been undergoing treatment.

" Late Tim Owhefere Represented Isoko North Constituency in Delta State House of Assembly with the fear of God. until his death. He was said to have been hospitalised for about two weeks before his death. No doubt, his death has thrown the entire Isoko Nation, Delta State in general into mourning".

" Hon. Tim Owhefere will be remembered for his hard work, sense of commitment, and innovation in performing his legislative duties in the State. We pray the Almighty God to grant his soul eternal rest in heaven".
