Governor Okowa's Father Was A Great Political Legend- Delta ADC.

..As Prince Joe Chukwu Commiserates With Governor Okowa Over Father's Demise

The Chairman, African Democratic Congress (ADC), Delta State Chapter, Prince Joe Chukwu has today shared his grieved with Delta State Governor, His Excellency, Sen. Dr. Arthur Ifeanyi Okowa over his father's death even as he described late Chief Sir Arthur Okorie Okowa as a great political legend.

Prince Joe Chukwu disclosed this to the media today in a press Statement made available to newsmen in his party's Secretariat at Asaba, Delta State capital mourn with the Governor as his father passes on to meet with the Lord.

The Chairman of All State Chairmen, ADC-Nigeria lamented over the demise of Governor Okowa's Father as he stated that ADC Nigeria will greatly miss his fatherly advice and mentorship, which he said has greater impact in the political Environment of the state towards sustainable political stability and socio-economic as well as sustainable development of Delta state.

Delta ADC Boss press Statement reads in parts: "Late Chief Sir Arthur Okorie Okowa was born in 1932 in Ika North East Local Government Area, Delta State. He was a renown teacher in defunct Bendel State. He retired with best track records of greater commitment to a new Delta State after its creation in 1991. And first held sway as first member, Delta State Post Primary Education Board where he performed excellently".

"Late Chief Sir Arthur Okorie Okowa was a father to all Deltans.
A great cook. A disciplinarian cum lover of Education, Teacher of Teachers. A very intelligent, calculative great grandfather like his son, Governor Ifeanyi Okowa, a Chief with multiple title in Owa Kingdom".

"His Excellency Sir, though your father's death is a call to glory and celebration of life. But please accept the Condolences of the Leadership of Delta ADC. We mourn with you at this trying times of your grief. May your father's soul, late Pa Chief Sir Arthur Okorie Okowa's soul rest in perfect peace!"
