Anioma Progressive Ladies Sends Condolence Message To Governor Okowa And Family.

The Leadership of Anioma Progressive Ladies led by its President, Dr. (Mrs) Tessy Allanah has condoled with His Excellency, Sen. Dr. Arthur Ifeanyi Okowa and Family over the demise of their beloved father, Late Chief Sir Arthur Okorie Okowa

In press statement by the group made available to newsmen by the group's spokesperson, Anioma Progressive Ladies, Mrs Bridget Ebomah today in Asaba Delta State capital urged the Governor to take consolation in the word of God, especially at this trying times.

APL is a Socio-political pressure group which represents the voice of Women in Anioma Nation. The Women group stated further that, "they were deeply sorry over the demise of Late Sir Arthur Okorie Okowa and mourned with Governor Ifeanyi Okowa and family". Also prayed that God give them the hearts to bear the irreparable loss.

The Leadership noted that the Late Chief Sir Arthur Okorie Okowa was a wise man, great and generous man, loving father, great counsellor and disciplined teacher.

The press release reads in parts: " His Excellency Sir, We use this medium to send our heartfelt condolences to you and your family over the demise of your father. May his soul rest in Bossom of the Lord".
