German based Development Consultant, Leader/Deputy National Chairman, Diaspora Engagement, African Democratic Congress (ADC-DN), Hon. Kenneth Gbandi has described move as sign of Political Prostitution and ungratefulness the recent decamping, cross-carpeting from ADC to APC by a member of his party who won the election under the platform of ADC in 2019, Hon Peter Makinde as Member of Federal House of Representatives even as he urged his constituency to recall him and National Assembly to upholds the Chambers sanctity and dignity.

Gbandi stated that as the ADC National Chairman already pointed out, that this national disgrace is not peculiar to ADC either; that AA had about 9 elected members at state and federal, but none stayed beyond 1month, also that APGA had about 9 federal legislators, all of them from states, that in Anambra 2 decamped, and PDP lost Senators, Rep members and even a state governor could not resist the greed.
The immediate past President, Nigerians in Diaspora Organizations, Continental Europe (NIDOE), Hon. Kenneth Gbandi made this disclosure in a press Statement made available to Nigerian media Organizations joined ADC National Chairman, Chief Ambassador Raph Okey Nwosu to condemn the act of cross-carpeting by members of rising opposition political parties in Nigeria.

On the purpoted decamping, Gbandi bemoaned and stated that the House of Representatives should do the right thing by not encouraging political prostitution, that failure to arrest this national eyesore, dance of shame and political prostitution will always lead to political vampires that only ride on the populace trust to scavenge on their common wealth for personal gratification.

He noted that our political leaders should stop making mockery of the country's democratic institutions as it affects our standing to the rest of the world.

He said: "Rather than serving the people who elected them based on their manifesto, they chose to decamp to bigger political parties for selfish reasons. I equally call on the media and civil organizations to express outrage on the purported decamping of Hon Peter Makinde of Ondo state. This is indeed irresponsible. And decamping of politicians has become business-political in Nigeria".
