NCWS-Nigeria, Delta State Chapter Mourns With Governor Okowa And Family Over Father's Demise.

The Leadership and entire Members of National Council For Women Societies (NCWS-Nigeria), Delta State Chapter, led by its President, Mrs Helen Tsitse Bob-manuel, State Secretary, Chief (Mrs) F K Nwose has mourned with His Excellency, Sen. Dr. Arthur Ifeanyi Okowa and Family over the demise of their beloved father, Late Chief Sir Arthur Okorie Okowa

In press statement by the group made available to newsmen by the State Publicity Secretary, Delta State Chapter, NCWS-Nigeria, Mrs Bridget Ebomah today in Asaba Delta State capital urged the Governor to take consolation in the word of God, especially at this trying times.

NCWS-Nigeria has structures in the 36 States of the Federation and FCT. The group is deep in domestication of SDGs- on Women Development, Empowerment, gender mainstreaming, Women mobilization towards socio-economic advancement in the country".

The group stated further that they are deeply sorry over the demise of Late Sir Arthur Okorie Okowa while mourning with Governor Ifeanyi Okowa's family and prayed that God give them the hearts to bear the irreparable loss.

The press release reads in parts: " His Excellency Sir, We use this medium to send our heartfelt condolences to you and your family over the demise of your father. Your father was a father to all Deltans. He contributed immensely to the Development of Education Sector and strengthening of the Political sector of the state and Nigeria in general".

"A great Teacher and administrator to the core. May God's peace and love lift you from sorrow. All of us from Delta State NCWS-Nigeria send you our deepest sympathies for your loss. We hold your father, you and your family in our prayers. May his soul rest in peace ".
