...Pays patient's hospital bills, gives stipends for welfare

A humanitarian and philanthropy nongovernmental organization, Ogidi-Gbegbaje Foundation today Wednesday 3rd, visited the Ugbolu maternity home/clinic center in Oshimili North Local Government Area of Delta State, to upset some patients hospital bills and also gave out stipends for welfare.
The team which was led by Comrade Sunny O. Utuedor, assisted by Miss Chukwudobe Philomina and Mr Chidi Onweaze and was coordinated round the maternity home and clinic facility by the Matron, Mrs A.O Chiwen whom was overwhelmed with the kind heart and genuine care of the nongovernmental organization, NGO, owned by a noble and great humanitarian, Sir Edwin Ogidi-Gbegbaje, a Roman Catholic Christian and senior civil servant.

While presenting the cash gifts to the patients, Mrs A.O Chiwen acknowledged the importance of this gesture, as she said, she was newly posted to this maternity home barely two months ago, and today this great deed is happening, she was joyful and grateful to God Almighty for the privilege to witness this ceremony.

Some of the patients, who said that, they have been hearing of this nongovernmental organization great and wonderful things they have been doing in the state and beyond, helping the poor, needy and less privileged in the society. They acknowledged Sir Edwin Ogidi-Gbegbaje kind heart and genuine giving gift towards putting smiles on the faces of the people, they asserted.

Responding on behalf of the beneficiaries, Mr Ekene Godwin, a diabetes patient, thanked and appreciated Ogidi-Gbegbaje foundation for finding them worthy of this gesture and great honor, as he extolled the CEO of the foundation, Sir Edwin Ogidi-Gbegbaje for his Godly and great heart towards humanity. Mr Ekene prays God Almighty to continue to bless and grant him every best to succeed in his life endeavors, he exalted.
